I like to keep things simple, so my return policy is brief and to the point.

If you are not completely satisfied with your Dermalogica products, you can send me the unused portion within 30 days, and I will gladly refund your entire purchase price minus the shipping cost. To ensure the people do not take advantage of this return policy by using some product, getting a refund and then purchasing the product again, I will not accept returns of products that are less than 3/4 full. In other words, if you do not like the product, you will know before you use that much.

To receive a refund, you must first get authorization by sending a request to info@facialsonline.com. Once your request has been received and approved, I will email you the details on where to ship your product as well as an RGA number that must be marked on your package as well as a printable document that you will need to enclose in the package.

A credit will be issued to your credit card within 2 weeks of the time I receive your product. Since I do not keep your credit card information on file, I will contact you personally to take care of the credit
